Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@qonforta.com. Please include your order number in your message.

After this period, we can no longer guarantee cancellation, as your order may already be in processing. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If your order has already been shipped, you may return the item upon receipt in accordance with this return and refund policy.

30-Day Easy Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return items.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in their original condition
  • Be returned with original packaging, labels, and accessories

Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@qonforta.com with your order number. We will investigate the situation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are not eligible for return. These products are clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages.
