Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, and transit takes another 6–8 business days — about 7–10 business days from order to doorstep. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET are processed the next business day.

No. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There are no extra fees on delivery.

Yes. As soon as your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking number, and you can follow it on our order tracking page. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start showing movement.

Larger orders sometimes travel in more than one package so nothing gets damaged in transit. If part of your order arrives first, the rest is usually right behind it. Each package has its own tracking number.

Check with your household and neighbors first, and look around porches and side doors — carriers sometimes mark a parcel delivered a little early. If it hasn't turned up after 48 hours, email info@qonforta.com and we'll open a trace with the carrier.

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it. Items need to be unused and in their original condition, with the packaging, labels, and accessories. There is no restocking fee.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we cover it — you pay nothing. If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or it doesn't fit your space, the return shipping is on you. Original shipping costs aren't refunded.

Yes. Our teapots and tea mugs are borosilicate glass, the same glass used in lab equipment — it handles boiling water without cracking. What glass doesn't like is sudden extremes, so don't go from the fridge to boiling water in one step.

The glass body is microwave safe. Don't put it on a direct flame or an electric burner, and keep wooden lids and bamboo parts out of the microwave and the dishwasher.

By hand, with warm water and a little dish soap, then dry them right away. A few drops of food-safe mineral oil once or twice a year keeps the wood from drying out. Wood should never soak or go through the dishwasher.
