A cotton and linen tablecloth with a band of woven stripes running the length of the table and a row of small tassels along every edge. The slubby weave gives a plain dining table texture and warmth without a printed pattern, whether you lay it for a long weekend lunch or leave it on every day.

The fabric is a cotton and linen blend with a textured, slubby weave. Every size is 55.1 inches wide, in four lengths: 70.9, 86.6, 102.4 or 118.1 inches. Oatmeal is the warmest of the three colors, while blue gray and dove gray suit cooler, paler kitchens and dining rooms.

For a drop of about 6 inches on each side, pick a cloth about 12 inches longer and wider than your table. Tableware and decor in the photos are not included. Free shipping within the US.

Which size fits my table?

Measure your table and add about 12 inches to the length and the width, which gives a drop of about 6 inches on every side. The 55.1 x 86.6 inch cloth suits a table of about 43 x 75 inches. On a narrower table the drop on the long sides is simply a little deeper.

Is it pure linen?

No. It's a blend of cotton and linen, woven with a textured, slubby finish that has the look of linen.

Are the stripes printed?

No. The stripe band is woven into the fabric and runs down the center, along the full length of the cloth.

Will it fit a round table?

It's a rectangle, so it's made for rectangular tables. On a round table the corners would hang unevenly.

How do I clean and care for it?

Shake out crumbs after each meal and blot spills right away with a damp cloth, before they set into the weave.

Check the care label before the first wash. A cool, gentle wash with similar colors and line drying is the safe choice for a cotton and linen blend, and it keeps the tassels in shape. Iron on low while it's slightly damp if you like it crisp.

Use trivets under hot dishes, since a cloth won't protect the table from heat, and keep it out of strong direct sun for long stretches so the color stays even.
