A small aluminum and acrylic wall light that's open at the top and the bottom, so it throws a band of light up and down the wall while the fixture itself stays compact. Put one beside a front door or a garage, space a few along a patio wall, or run them up a stairway or a hallway inside.

It comes in six lengths, from 3 inches at 2W to 12.6 inches at 12W, and the longer the light, the more wall it lights. The 3 inch size is 2.2 inches high and 1.3 inches deep, and the five longer sizes are 3.1 inches high and 1.6 inches deep. You choose a black or white finish and warm white (3000K), neutral white (4000K) or cool white (6000K) when you order. The LED is built in, so there's no bulb to buy.

It's hardwired, with no plug or cord, runs on standard 120V house power and comes with wall mounting hardware. The standard version isn't dimmable, so use a regular switch. It's listed for indoor and outdoor walls. Free shipping within the US.

Does it plug in, or does it have to be wired?

It has to be wired in, there is no cord or plug. It runs on 120V household power and accepts 90 to 260V AC. Wall mount hardware is included. If you have not wired a fixture before, a licensed electrician can connect it quickly, and outdoor connections need to follow your local code.

Which length and wattage should I pick?

There are six lengths, from 3 in / 7.6 cm at 2W up to 12.6 in / 32 cm at 12W. The wattage goes up with the length, so a longer light puts more light on the wall. The short ones work as an accent beside a door or on a stair wall. The long ones suit a wide wall, a garage or a patio.

Which light color should I choose?

You pick the color when you order. Warm white (3000K) is a soft yellowish white that suits patios, entries and living spaces. Neutral white (4000K) sits in the middle. Cool white (6000K) is a crisp bluish white that suits driveways and work areas.

Can it stay outside in the rain?

Yes. The light is waterproof and made for outdoor walls, and the aluminum does not rust. It is just as usable indoors.

Do I need a bulb, and can I dim it?

No bulb is needed, the LED is integrated into the light. The standard version is not dimmable.

How do I clean and care for it?

Dust the shell with a soft dry cloth about once a month. Outdoors, brush away cobwebs, pollen and leaves that collect in the open top.

For dirt that has dried on, turn the power off at the breaker and give the light a few minutes to cool. Wipe it with a cloth dampened in mild soapy water and dry it afterward. Scouring pads and solvent cleaners can scratch the finish and the acrylic, so leave those out.

It can hang on an indoor or an outdoor wall. Keep climbing plants clear of the top and bottom openings so the beams stay clean.
