In the room

Two offset bars that wash the wall with light

Above a headboard or along a hallway

The bars send their light back onto the wall, so the room gets an even glow with no glare when you are lying in bed. Mount it flat above a headboard or a sofa, or upright next to a bed or down a hallway. It is hardwired, so there is no cord to hide.

White linear LED wall sconce with two offset bars lit on a pale wall

Slim metal bars with a soft diffuser

The frame is matte metal: two slim bars set off from each other on a round wall plate. A silica diffuser softens the LEDs, so you see one even line of light instead of a row of dots. Two LED bulbs are included.

Description

A modern wall sconce made of two slim metal bars, set off from each other on a round wall plate. The bars send their light back onto the wall, so you get an even wash of light instead of glare when you're lying in bed or sitting on the sofa. A diffuser over the LEDs turns them into one smooth line of light, and two LED bulbs are included.

Mount it upright beside a bed or along a hallway, or lying flat above a headboard or a sofa. It comes in two lengths, 21.7 and 28 inches, both on a 4.7-inch wall plate, in matte black or matte white.

Choose warm white, cold white, or the dimmable version that comes with a remote control. Only the remote version dims. It's hardwired, with no cord or plug, and professional installation is recommended. It's rated IP20, so it's for dry indoor rooms only. Free shipping within the US.

What voltage does it need, and how is it installed?

It is hardwired to the wall, with no cord and no plug, and professional installation is recommended. The listed rating is 220 to 240V, 50Hz. Check that this matches the wiring in your home before you order.

Which light source option should I choose?

Warm White gives a cozy, yellowish light. Cold White is crisper and suits reading and other tasks. Dimmable /w Remote Control is the dimmable version and ships with a remote. It is not a smart light, so there is no app or voice control.

Which length should I pick?

The 21.7 in / 55 cm sconce suits the wall beside a bed or a narrow hallway. The 28 in / 71 cm sconce fills more wall, which works better above a headboard or a sofa.

Can I mount it lying flat instead of upright?

Yes. The product photos show it both ways: upright next to a bed and lying flat above a headboard.

Where can I use it?

It is rated IP20, which means indoor, dry locations only. It is meant for bedrooms, living rooms and hallways. It is not the light for a shower area or an outdoor wall.

How do I clean and care for it?

Dust the bars and the wall plate every week or two with a soft dry cloth.

For fingerprints, switch the light off and let it cool first. Wipe the metal with a barely damp cloth and dry it right away. Skip spray cleaners, solvents and abrasive pads, which can mark the matte finish and the diffuser.

Keep it in a dry room. It is rated IP20, so it should not get wet.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1 to 4 business days, and delivery takes 7 to 12 business days in total.

Is this lamp UL or ETL listed?

No, our lamps are not UL or ETL listed. They are made for standard US outlets (110 to 120V), and plug-in models come with a US plug, so they are ready to use at home.

If your project needs listed fixtures, for example permitted work, a commercial space or an electrician who only installs certified equipment, please check with us before you order. Hardwired lights should always be installed by a licensed electrician.
