A wall sconce made of a frosted milk glass globe on a small iron base that sits behind the glass, so the globe looks like it's floating on the wall. The milk glass hides the bulb and spreads the light evenly, without hot spots, which is why it works as a bedside light as well as in a hallway or entryway.

It comes in four globe diameters: 4.7, 5.9, 7.1 and 7.9 inches. The two smaller sizes suit a bedside wall or a hallway, and the larger two hold their own on a bigger wall. You can also hang several at different heights and mix the sizes along a dining room or living room wall.

A warm white 3000K LED bulb is included. The bulb base is E14 or G9 depending on the size, so check the bulb in your light before you buy a spare. It's hardwired, connecting to the wiring in the wall with no cord or plug, and runs on 110-240V. It's rated IP20 for dry indoor rooms, so keep it out of damp bathrooms and outdoor spots. How do I clean and care for it?

Dust the globe with a soft dry cloth every week or two.

For fingerprints, switch the light off and let the bulb cool first. Wipe the glass with a slightly damp cloth and dry it with a lint free cloth so it does not streak. Do not use abrasive cleaners on the frosted surface.

It is rated IP20 for dry indoor locations only, so keep it away from splashing water and steam.
